(1) Initiating organizations (the Council and the Standing Committee)

The Alliance Council is comprised of inter-government organizations, CSOs, foundations, scientific research institutes, industry associations, leading enterprises, retailers and financial organizations. The Standing Committee is set up with the members elected within the Council. The Standing Committee will be composed of the Chairperson and Vice Chairpersons.

(2) General Member Meeting

The meeting will be attended by membe enterprises. It is the supreme authority organization of the Alliance.

(3) Secretariat

The Center for International Forest Product Trade under the State Forestry Administration is assigned to be responsible for the administration issues.
